When will my products be delivered?
We provide same day delivery across Mumbai. We have 2 delivery slots, 10 am to 1 pm and 5 pm to 8 pm. Please select the delivery date and slot to get delivery as per your convenience.
Do you accept cash on delivery?
We currently don't accept cash on delivery. However, if unavailability of this option is a concern for you, please Whatsapp us on 9820455056, we will work out on something for you, if possible.
Are your products available at retail stores?
Yes, we are currently available in Super Markets in Malad, Goregaon, Powai, Andheri, Vile Parle, Juhu, Santacruz and Bandra.

What are Ready to Cook Rotis & Parathas?
These are ready-made, semi-cooked Rotis & Parathas that are ready to cook as per your convenience. Ready to Cook Rotis & Parathas can directly go from packet to tawa and can be cooked in just 1 minute. It not just provides you the taste of home cooked Roti & Paratha, but also saves you cooking time and effort.
Are your products Preservatives free?
Yes, all our products are made with Natural Ingredients and contain No Preservatives or Additives of any kind. We use a similar recipe as used at home so that you don’t compromise on health.
Are your products fully cooked?
All our products are semi-cooked. All you need to do is heat and eat. For cooking instructions, please see below.

What is the shelf life of your products?
Shelf life for Roti and Paratha is 4 to 5 days.
Shelf life of Moong Chilla Batter is 3 to 4 days.
To know the product shelf life, please see the “Best Before Date” on the package. Please don’t buy the product if “Best Before Date” is not mentioned.
How many Laccha Parathas are in a pack?
A pack of Crispy Wheat Paratha contains 5 semi-cooked Parathas.
How many Wheat Rotis are in a pack?
A pack of Whole Wheat Roti contains 10 semi-cooked Rotis.
How many Rumali Rotis are in a pack?
A pack of Rumali Roti contains 2 large ready to eats Rumali Rotis.
Do I need to keep products refrigerated?
Yes, you must keep the products refrigerated and products must be consumed within 2 days of opening.
Why my Roti is not soft?
If you over cook Roti, cook Roti on a very hot tawa or flip the Roti many times, there are chances that Roti can get harder as these are semi-cooked Rotis. We recommend to follow the cooking instructions mentioned on the pack while cooking.
Why my Roti is not puffing up?
To puff up Roti, cook one side 10 secs and other side 20 secs and put the 1st side on flame to puff. Always cook one side more than the other, and put the less cooked side on flame. Also, don't over cook Roti or make Roti on a very hot tawa.
Can I put the Roti directly on flame?
No. You have to cook Roti on a tawa before putting it on a flame to puff.
Can I cook Rotis in advance and consume it for Lunch/Dinner?
Yes. You can pack these Rotis for lunch or make it few hours earlier before consumption. To keep Rotis soft, brush cooked Rotis with little ghee and store them in a Casserole/Air Tight Container.
Can I make a Roti if I don't know how to cook?
Yes. Making our Rotis don't need any advanced cooking skills. If you know how to put a gas stove on, you can cook our Rotis. If you are not comfortable making a Phulka, you can enjoy it as a Chapati by cooking the Roti on tawa and applying Ghee/Oil while cooking.
Can I freeze products for later use?
Ready to Cook Rotis & Parathas have a limited shelf life. You must consume the products by "Best Before Date" as mentioned on the pack.
Can I make Roti & Paratha in the microwave?
Can I make Rumali Roti in the microwave?
Yes, Rumali Rotis are microwaveable.
Do you provide home delivery?
Yes, we provide scheduled home delivery in select locations at Mumbai. You can place your order on the website and your products will reach as per the delivery slot selected. More delivery areas are coming shortly.
Can I place large orders?
Definitely, you can place party orders or order in large quantities for any occasion. To place an order, please drop an email at: email@example.com 48 hours in advance.
Do I have to pay for delivery?
For orders of Rs. 200 or more, delivery is absolutely free. There is a small cost of Rs. 50 towards delivery charges for orders less than Rs. 200. Delivery charge is mentioned on the checkout page.
What methods of payment do you accept?
Fresh Needs provide multiple payment options for your convenience. We accept payment via all Major Debit and Credit Cards. Net Banking, Wallet Payment, UPI are also other available payment options.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders once made cannot be cancelled.
While I was paying my session expired but money got debited. Now what should I do?
In cases where payment was not successful, please check with your respective Bank on credit details. It is usually refunded automatically within 3-5 working days. If it has still not been refunded, please write to us at: firstname.lastname@example.org along with your order id.
Can I return the product once received?
Once delivered, we don’t accept returns, except in case the errors are from our end (damaged, defective or incorrect item). In case you receive the damaged or wrong product, please don’t accept the order and return it to the rider immediately. Post inspection, your money will be credited back in the account within 8-10 working days.
